Allen Darell Ward "Dee", 47, of Dimmitt, Texas passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 in Amarillo.  Viewing will be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at Colonial Funeral Home from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Dee was born May 16, 1973 in Dimmitt, Texas to Floyd and Frankie (Henderson) Ward. He loved his family and his children. Dee enjoyed playing basketball, spending time with his family, dancing and was always making sure that everyone was laughing.  He will be remembered for his hard work and for always being easy going. He will be greatly missed by many.

Those left to cherish his memories are his children, Tye Allen Ward and McKenzie Lynn Carroll, his father Floyd Bossett of Dimmitt, his three sisters, Zuri Bossett of Amarillo, Deidre Ward of Tulia, Stella Carson and husband Ricky of Gary, Indiana,  seven brothers, Hugh Ward of Roswell, New Mexico, Don Ward of Gary, Indiana, Sidney Ward of Garden City, Kansas, David Ward of El Paso, Michael Bossett of Dallas, special cousins Genice Jones and Kenneth Worsham and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Dee is preceded in death by his mother and one sister Loustine Bossett.
