Andrew Sepeda, 58, of Plainview, Texas passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, in Lubbock.  Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023, in Dimmitt at Colonial Funeral Home at 2:30PM with Deacon John Nino officiating.   Viewing and visitation will be held from 1:00PM – 2:30PM at the funeral home on Saturday.  Services and cremation are under the care of Colonial Funeral Home of Dimmitt.
Andrew Sepeda was born on December 12, 1964, in Dimmitt to Francisco Sepeda and Maria (Moreno) Sepeda.  Andrew grew up in Dimmitt and graduated from Dimmitt High School in 1983.  Andrew worked for Walmart for many years as a mechanic and truck driver up until his retirement.  He then worked for the City of Plainview.
Andrew had a huge place in his heart for rescue animals that needed a home.  He loved dearly the dogs he adopted which were Baby Doll, Kitt, Cutee, Milo and Gizmo.
He enjoyed cooking out, fishing and was an avid sports fan who loved the Texas Tech Red Raiders along with the Dallas Cowboys.
Andrew is survived by his mother, Maria Sepeda of Dimmitt, TX, sisters, Ydolina Nino and husband Gilbert of Hazlet, TX, and Rosa Nino and husband David of Emory, TX.
He is preceded in death by his father, Francisco Sepeda and brother, Jesse Sepeda.
