Arthur Dale Kasher, 86, of Amarillo formerly of Dimmitt passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2015 in Amarillo, Texas. Graveside Services will be Wednesday March 18, 2015 at 2:00PM at Castro Memorial Gardens in Dimmitt, Texas, with Father Raj Arockie officiating. Arrangements are be handled by Colonial Funeral Home of Dimmitt. Arthur was born on September 9, 1928 in Los Angeles, California to Joseph and Genevine Kasher. He married Eula Jean Adams on October 19, 1953 in Clovis New Mexico. He was in the Air Force during WWII for 23 years, he was also in the Navy Valcan for 2 years. Arthur work for Colonial Storage in Clovis, NM for 8 years, Potter County Sheriff for 10 years, Castro County Sheriff for 4 years. His hobbies include watching TV, Fishing, he was sports fan of football, wrestling, playing card games and playing scrabble. He is survived by two sons Tony Kasher of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, Mike Kasher and wife Evelyn of Amarillo, Texas, one sister Char Nemunaitis of Cleveland, Ohio, one brother Bob Kasher of Las Vegas, NV, 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Eula Jean Adams, one sister Mary Kathleen Shugart.
