Carroll Webb, 90, of Dimmitt, Texas passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 in Dimmitt.  Celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, February 26, 2017 at 2:00P.M. at Fourth & Bedford Church of Christ with Mr. Carter Townsend and family officiating.  Burial will follow in Castro Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Colonial Funeral Home of Dimmitt.  A family and friend visitation will be held on Saturday evening from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M at the funeral home.

Carroll Webb was born on December 8, 1926 in Lueders, Texas to T. Webb and Lillian (Tedford) Webb.  Carroll was a very patriotic man who served in the United States Navy and was a WWII and Korean War veteran serving on the USS Uvalde.  Carroll attended and graduated from Draughon's  Business School  in Abilene.  On August 3, 1946 Carroll married Waldine Key who passed away on August 14, 2009.  Carroll owned and operated Dimmitt Equipment specializing in farm and irrigation equipment since 1956.  Carroll was a devoted longtime member of the Fourth & Bedford Church of Christ where he knew Dorothy Nutt.  On November 6, 2010 Carroll and Dorothy married.  Carroll enjoyed fishing with family and friends and was a very compassionate and giving man who loved and cherished his family very much.

Carroll is survived by his spouse, Dorothy Webb of Dimmitt, children, Gary Webb and wife Rhenea, Diane Townsend and husband Carter, Gary Nutt and wife Connie, Steve Nutt, Pamela Kelsey all of Dimmitt and Shelly Petty and husband Kevin of Seminole, 23 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his spouse, Waldine Webb, 2 sisters, Lucille Scamardo and Dorothy Spivey and 1 brother, Kenneth Webb.
