Christina "Chrissy" Simons, 35, of Dimmitt, TX passed away on December 10, 2013 in Dimmitt. Funeral service will be held at 2:00PM in the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel on Friday with Pastor Jeff Leverton officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Colonial Funeral Home. Family visitation will be held on Thursday from 6:00PM - 8:00PM at the funeral home. Chrissy was born on September 28, 1978 in Fort Stockton, Texas to Garrell and Shelba Boyd. Chrissy was a very loving wife and mother. She spent time making people laugh and was a great house mother for the mentally disabled. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her husband, William Simons, 2 sons, Kolton Simons, and Kallan Simons all of Dimmitt, 1 daughter, Kayla Simons, of Dimmitt, her father, Garrell Boyd of Dalhart, and a sister, Cassie Simons of Tow, TX. She was preceded in death by her mother, a sister, Danielle Boyd, and her grandparents.
