Doris Hargrove, 80, of Dimmitt passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2011 in Lubbock. Graveside services will be Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Castro Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Dimmitt with Rev. Clint Young officiating. Arrangements are being handled by Colonial Funeral Home of Dimmitt. Doris was born July 20, 1931 to Bill and Lillian Burns. She was a longtime resident of Dimmitt. She had recently moved to Lubbock to be closer to her family. She was a registered LVN. She enjoyed arts and crafts and playing bingo. She is survived by two sons Randy Hargrove of Logan, New Mexico and Ricky Hargrove of Lubbock. One daughter Rita Stow and her husband Mark of Lubbock. Eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
