Felipe was born on January 28, 1948 in Arkansas to Felipe and Florencia (Gomez) Flores. He lived in Clovis, NM and then Dimmitt for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Felipe and Florencia Flores, and a sister, Juanita Garcia.

He was survived by 3 Sisters: Aurelia Bermea of Tulia, TX, Lupe Ogas of Dimmitt, TX, and Flora Aruijo of Clovis, NM

2 Brothers: Daniel Flores of Lansing, Michigan and Jorge Flores of Mississippi
