Alfredo "Freddie" Sepeda, 70, a lifelong resident of Dimmitt, Texas passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, in Amarillo. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, August 14, 2023, at 10:30 A.M. at Immaculate Conception Church with Father David Contreras and Deacon John Nino as celebrants. Burial will follow at Castro Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Dimmitt, Texas, under the direction of Colonial Funeral Home. Viewing and Visitation will be on Sunday, August 13, 2023, from 4:00 -7:00 P.M. at the funeral home with a Rosary/Vigil Service beginning at 5:00 P.M.

Freddie was born on December 18, 1952, in Dimmitt, Texas to Feliberto Sr. and Eva (Corella) Sepeda. Freddie was a 1973 Graduate of Dimmitt High School. He married Rita Sepeda on September 1, 2001, in Dimmitt. Freddie worked for the City of Dimmitt; he was a hard worker, skilled carpenter, smart, very loving, sarcastic, and a great cook. He liked to barbecue and try new recipes, and dance with Rita.  Freddie loved to use his gift of carpentry to build houses or buildings for others. He loved and supported his daughters and was always willing to teach them or give them advice. He enjoyed watching them play sports, joking, and playing with them. Freddie was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and brother-in-law.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Rita Sepeda of Dimmitt, Texas; daughters, JC Sepeda and CJ Sepeda both of Dimmitt, Texas, and Vanessa Scribellito and her husband Mario of Louisville, Texas; grandchildren, Matthew Sepeda, Hailey Scribellito, and Mia Scribellito; mother Eva Sepeda of Dimmitt, Texas; one brother; one sister; mother-in-law Jackie Ramos and father-in-law Raul Ramos, Sr., brother-in-laws Raul Ramos and his wife Dara of Amarillo, Texas and John Paul Ramos and his wife Audrey of Dimmitt, Texas, a sister-in-law Patsy Ramos of Dimmitt, Texas, two nieces, and ten nephews.

He is preceded in death by his dad, Feliberto Sepeda, Sr.
