Gloria Reyes, 82, of Dimmitt, Texas passed away on Thursday, December 30, 2021 in Dimmitt. Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 10:00AM in the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jacob Larra, grandson, officiating. Burial will follow in Castro Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the care of Colonial Funeral Home.
Gloria Reyes was born on September 16, 1939 in Gonzales, Texas.
Gloria was a homemaker all her adult life where she raised her family. She will be remembered by being a great mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family and cooking. Back in her younger years she loved to dance and listen to music. Gloria will be dearly missed by all and loved by many.
Gloria is survived by her children, Joe Larra and wife Mary Ann, Geronimo Larra, Mary Lou Enriquez and husband Ralph, Rosie Lara and husband Jessie all of Dimmitt, TX and Ricky Reyes of Hereford, TX, 24 grandchildren and 54 great-grandchildren.
Gloria is preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Reyes, 2 daughters, Yolanda Reyes and Valentina Gonzales and daughter-in-law, Mary Larra.
