Jeanette Annen Martin, 56, of Lubbock, Texas passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2015 in Lubbock. A memorial service will be held in her memory on Friday, July 10, 2015 at 2:00PM in the First Baptist Church of Dimmitt with Pastor Jonathan Sullivan officiating. Local arrangements are under the care of Colonial Funeral Home of Dimmitt. Jeanette was born on October 16, 1958 in Dimmitt to Fred Anthony Annen and Ramona Annen. She grew up in Dimmitt and graduated from Dimmitt High School in 1977. After graduation she began attending West Texas State University in Canyon and had been recently working on her degree in computers. While living in Lubbock, she worked for Suddenlink Communications. She enjoyed playing the piano and had a love for dogs, but most of all Jeanette loved being with her family and spending time with her grandchildren. Jeanette is survived by 1 daughter, Lezly Martin of Dimmitt, 1 brother, Jerry Annen and wife Debbie of Dimmitt, 1 sister, Janice Jordan of Mustang, OK, 1 sister-in-law, Sharon Annen of The Colony, 2 grandchildren, Alixzandrea Rose Martinez and Awbrei Tayhen Martinez and their father, Luis Martinez, ex-husband, Lance D.
