Juana A. Marin, 74, of Hart, passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2020 in Amarillo.  A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 10:30 AM at Hart Cemetery under the direction of Colonial Funeral Home of Dimmitt.  A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at Colonial Funeral Home.

Juana was born on January 25, 1946 in Mission, Texas. She moved to Hart, TX on November of 1953 and married Juan Marin on June 3, 1983 in Dimmitt. She worked at Smith's Potatoes Shed in Hart for five years and also worked at Fast Stop for six years. Juana was a devoted wife and mother and loved her grandchildren dearly and was known as "Yaya".  She loved to cook and make big dinners for special occasions. She will be greatly missed for the loving heart she had of doing everything for her family.

She is preceded in death by her mother; Maria Diaz, her grandparents; Francisco and Guadalupe Diaz.

She is survived by her husband; Juan Marin of Hart, TX, one daughter; Julissa Marin Chavez and husband Javier, two sons; Juan Emanuel Romero and wife Ruby and Jorge Aaron Marin and wife Marsela all of Hart, two sisters; Maria de Dolores Castillo of McAllen, TX and Maria de Jesus Woelfel of Henderson, CO, and one brother; Francisco Diaz of Hart, TX, six grandchildren; Kaleb Chavez, Noah Marin, Mylie Marin, Abram Chavez, Liam Marin and Lincoln Romero.
