Kelcie Rulene Norrell, 94, of Dimmitt formerly of Clauene, Texas passed away Sunday, November 6, 2011 in Hereford. Kelcie was born October 20, 1917 in Van Zant County, Texas to Jim and Dovie Norrell. He was a farmer most of his life. He was a deacon of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Clauene, Texas for 39 Years. He enjoyed restoring antique tractors. He is survived by one son James Norrell of Dimmitt and one daughter Brenda Snider of Florence, South Carolina. Two brothers C.A. Norrell of Van, Texas and Jessy Norrell of Ropesville, Texas, one sister Leota Riley of Van, Texas. 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 great-great granddaughters. He is preceded in death by his wife Mary Renford Norrell in 1996 and 2 brothers Weldon and G.L Norrell.
