Lazaro "Mazapan" Macias, Jr. 3 years old, of Dimmitt passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2013 in Hereford. Lazaro was born November 21, 2009 in Hereford, Texas to Lazaro, Sr. and Adriana Chuca Macias. He enjoyed playing baseball, playing with his cars and with his horses. He loved giving his mommy and daddy hugs and kisses and telling them that he loved them. He is survived by his parents Lazaro and Adriana Macias of Dimmitt; a sister Ashely Macias and 1 brother Edwin Macias both of Dimmitt. Paternal grandmother Rosa Maria Anaya of Clovis, NM; Maternal grandfather Fidel Chuca, Sr., of Mexico; great grandmother Natividad Estrada Quiroz of Tornillo, Texas and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Jesus Macias, maternal grandmother Benita Quiroz and great grandfather Gabriel Anaya.
