Louis Juarez, 50, of Austin, TX, formerly of Amarillo, TX, died on Monday, February 16, 2015 in Austin, TX. Rosary will be recited at 6:00 PM on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Colonial Funeral Home in Dimmitt, TX. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, February 20, 2015 at La Iglesia de San Jose with Monsignor Joe Bixenman, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Anthony's Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements by Colonial Funeral Home in Dimmitt, Texas. Louis Juarez was born on November 19, 1964 in Memphis, TX, to Eleno and Aurora (Vargas) Juarez. He graduated from Hereford High School in 1983, and worked at Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. as a janitor, and then worked for La Fiesta for over 20 years, before moving to Austin and working at Brio Restaurant for 4 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Julian Juarez and Mike Juarez and a sister, Gloria Tijerina.
