Louise Hodges Isbell, 72, of Lubbock, Texas, died Tuesday, May 2, 2017, in Lubbock, Texas. There will not be any viewing. Services will be at a later date. Cremation arrangements by Colonial Funeral Home of Dimmitt, Texas.

Louise was born on July 14, 1944 in Levelland, Texas to Ancil Powers Hodges and Zelma Louise (Austin) Hodges. She married Rex Isbell in Lubbock, Texas. She had been employed as an office manager for Module Truck Systems of Lubbock for 20 years, and for H & R Block in Lubbock, TX for the last 2 years. Louise enjoyed crafts, coloring books, and eating out at her favorite Mexican restaurant. She was a member of Elm Grove Baptist Church in Lubbock, until it closed.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Ancil and Zelma Hodges, her husband, Rex Isbell, a sister, Nelda Tuttle, 2 brothers, Leland Hodges and Coy Hodges, and a niece, Donya Snitker.
