Manuel "Catfish" Lopez, Jr. 54, of Dimmitt, Texas passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 in Dimmitt, Texas. Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, December 7, 2020 at 2:00PM in the Church of God of the Firstborn with Pastor, Jesse Ramirez and Pastor Edgar Lopez officiating.  Burial will follow in Castro Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the care of Colonial Funeral Home of Dimmitt.  Viewing will be held on Sunday, December 6, 2020 from 1:30PM to 8:30PM at the Church of God of the Firstborn.

Manuel Lopez, Jr. was born on October 16, 1966 in Dimmitt, Texas to Manuel Lopez, Sr. and Genoveva (Vasquez) Lopez.  Manuel was very ornery human being who loved to give EVERYONE a hard time and picking on everyone.  He worked as a truck driver in the agricultural industry which he loved very much and in his spare time he loved riding his Harley Davidson with family and friends.

Manuel is survived by his mother, Genoveva V. Lopez of Dimmitt, daughter, Samantha Lopez and husband Christian Segura of Dimmitt and son, Fabian Lopez and wife Eilene of Lamar, CO, brothers, Adan Lopez and wife Cecilia of Dimmitt and Frank Lopez of Hereford, sister, Anna Lopez of Arlington, 8 grandchildren, Samara Ortiz, Elijah Lopez, Estefanni Lopez, Zayden Lopez, Araceli Lopez, Mystical Lopez, Fabian Lopez, Jr. and Solomon Lopez along with 2 favorite nieces, Camila Rueda and Adamaris Lopez and several other nieces and nephews.

Manuel is preceded in death by his father, Manuel Lopez, Sr. and brother, Daniel Lopez.
