Maria Rodriguez, 55, of Dimmitt Texas passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023, at her home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023, at 10:00AM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Arockiaraj Malapady, Deacon John Nino and Deacon Richard Martinez as celebrants. Burial will follow in Castro Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the care of Colonial Funeral Home of Dimmitt. Rosary will be recited on Thursday, January 12, 2023, at 5:00PM at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel.
Maria Rodriguez was born on May 6, 1967, in La Joya, Durango, Mexico to Pablo Tovar and Gavina (Lopez) Tovar. Maria grew up in Mexico and moved to Dimmitt 20 years ago. She worked in the house and raised three sons. She loved most of all spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren who she loved to cook meals for. She was dearly loved by her family and will be missed by all.
Maria is survived by her husband, Conrado Rodriguez of Dimmitt, 2 sons, Lorenzo Rodriguez and wife Daisy of Dimmitt and Daniel Rodriguez and wife Esmeralda of Dimmitt, 8 grandchildren and 3 brothers and 1 sister.
Maria is preceded in death by her parents and son, Jose Cruz Rodriguez.
