Micheal L. Booe, 56, of Dimmitt, passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2012 in Amarillo. Funeral service will be held on Monday at 2:00PM in the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are by Colonial Funeral Home, Dimmitt, Texas. Micheal was born on September 1, 1955 in Knox County, TX to Mart Daniel and Doris Geraline Booe. He moved to Hart, TX at a young age and attended Hart schools where he graduated Hart High School. He served in the United States Air Force and worked as a carpenter most of his life. He enjoyed reading in his spare time. He is survived by one son, Austin Booe of Roswell, NM, his mother Jerrie Horton and husband James of Dimmitt, two sisters, Sherry Schaeffer and husband David of Dimmitt and Linda Mask and husband Mark of Atoka, TN along with numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Mart Booe and one brother Danny Booe.
