Patricia Tenorio Chia, 57, of Edmondson, formerly of Hart passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012 at her residence Patricia was born October 2, 1955 in Dimmitt, Texas to Pablo, Sr. and Tomasa Cedillo Tenorio. She was a lifelong resident of Hart. She married Thomas Chia on June 14, 1982 in Dimmitt, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of St. John's Catholic Church of Hart. Her hobbies included quilting and gardening, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her family. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Chia of Edmondson; 3 sons, Jesus Chia of Mission; Thomas Chia, Jr. of Lubbock and Manuel Chia of Olton; 4 daughters, Sonia Peralez of Idalou; Vanessa Chia-Gutierrez of Lubbock; Josefina Chia and Delia Chia both of Plainview; 4 brothers, Paul Tenorio, Jr.; Arthur Tenorio, Sr. both of Lubbock; Cruz Tenorio of Dimmitt and Gilbert Tenorio of Hart; 3 sisters, Maria Cortez, Sylvia Godino and Priscilla Walker all of Hart. 20 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren She is preceded in death by her parents; 1 brother, Aureliano Tenorio and 2 sisters, Concepcion Tenorio and Delia Medrano.
