Ricky Morgan, 63, of Dimmitt, Texas passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2017 in Amarillo, Texas. Services  will be held Saturday, February 4, 2017,  in the Fellowship Hall of the First Baptist Church of Dimmitt at 2:00 PM with Gary Cooner officiating, graveside services will follow at Westlawn Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Colonial Funeral Home of Dimmitt.

Ricky was born January 9, 1954 in Amherst, Texas to A. T. "Buster" and Merle (Holmes) Morgan. He farmed in the Dimmit and Farwell area.

He is survived by his mother; Mearle Morgan, a brother Randy Morgan and wife Renice, a sister; Deanne Cooner and husband Gary, nephews; Jonathan Harris and wife, Denise, niece; Amy Mykyticuk and husband, Jay, great nieces and nephews; Ostyn and Baylee Harris, Benjaman, Levi, Jude, Audrey and Zebulon Mykutiuk. .

Ricky was preceded in death by his father, A. T. "Buster" Morgan.
