Rosalinda Porras, 66, of Dimmitt, Texas passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2022 at her home in Dimmitt.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, June 24, 2022 at 10:00AM in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Rev. Arockiaraj Malapady, Deacon John Nino and Deacon Richard Martinez as celebrants.  Burial will follow in Castro Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the care of Colonial Funeral Home.  Rosary will be recited at 5:30PM on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at the funeral home.

Rosalinda Porras was born on December 13, 1955 in Acala, Texas to Santiago Favela and Felipa (Hernandez) Favela.  Rosalinda enjoyed cooking for her family, painting, decorating the house, shopping, singing, dancing, taking pictures, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

Rosalinda is survived by her husband, Faustino Porras Quezada, daughter, Olga Grado and husband Carlos, grandchildren, David Porras, Faustino Porras III, Jaqueline Porras, Karla Grado, Edgar Grado and Kendra Grado along with 2 sisters, Margarita Peralta and Beatriz Manjarrez.

She is preceded in death by her parents, son, Faustino Porras, Jr., brothers, Geronimo Favela and Rosendo Favela and sisters, Elida Chairez and Emma Corrales.
