Ruby Fay Peel's Obituary
Ruby Fay Spencer Peel, 63, of Dimmitt passed away Sunday, December 13, 2015 in Hereford. Ruby was born March 15, 1952 in Hart, Texas to Tommy D. and Jewel (Luckey) Spencer. She graduated from Dimmitt High School in 1972. She has been a resident of Dimmitt most of her life. She worked for Amstar, Texas Instruments in Lubbock and a sewing factory in Muleshoe for several years. Ruby enjoyed sewing, traveling, she traveled to Hawaii and Jamaica, and spending time with her nieces and nephews but her all-time favorite hobby was fishing, she loved that fishing. She is survived by her siblings; Lottie Spencer of Littlefield, James W. Spencer of Earth, Roy Lee Spencer of Plainview, Joyce Ray Bossett of Idabell, Oklahoma, Rose Woolbrite of Dimmitt, Tommy Joe Spencer of Dimmitt, Mary Traylor of Lubbock/Dimmitt and J.P. Spencer of Canyon and several nieces and nephews, a host of friends and a very special friend Jessie Shoots.
