Selestina Olmos, 71, of Dimmitt passed away on January 28, 2014 in Dimmitt. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at 2:00PM on Friday with Rev. Ken Keller, Deacon John Nino and Deacon Jose Garcia as celebrants. Burial will follow in Castro Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Colonial Funeral Home. Rosary will be recited at 6:00PM on Thursday with vigil service following in the church. Selestina was born on April 15, 1942 in Jalisco, Mexico to Nabor Olmos and Panfila Silva Olmos. She resided in Dimmitt and was a housewife. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and was a prayerful woman. She enjoyed embroidery and gardening. She is survived by her husband, Antonio Esqueda Sr. of Dimmitt, 5 daughters, Graciela Lopez and husband Juan of Phoenix, Lily Cruz and husband Hector of Odem, Maria Rosario Esqueda and husband Elias of Houston, Yolanda Medina and Lorena Esqueda both of Dimmitt, 1 son, Antonio Esqueda, Jr. of Dimmitt, 2 brothers, Antonio Olmos and Isaias Olmos both of Dimmitt, 1 sister, Socorro Olmos of Dimmitt, 16 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
