Sharon Wall, 45, of Dimmitt, Texas passed away on November 22, 2015 in Amarillo. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10:00AM in the Fourth and Bedford Church of Christ in Dimmitt with Mr. James Jones officiating with burial following in Castro Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Local arrangements are under the direction of Colonial Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 5:00PM-7:00PM at the funeral home on Tuesday evening. Sharon Wall was born on November 3, 1970 in Muleshoe, Texas to Albert Zane Ellison and Rita Carole Ellison. She was mostly raised in Dimmitt and graduated from Dimmitt High School in 1989. She attended Amarillo College and received her Associate Degree of Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 1992. Sharon worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant and then opened her own clinic in Comanche, Texas until returning to Dimmitt in 1997. On February 14, 1998, she married John Wall in Dimmitt, Texas. Sharon was a member of the Fourth and Bedford Church of Christ, Hands of Hope, Castro County Fair Board, Castro County Cares, Castro County 4-H and Plainview Area Christian Educators (PACE) just to name a few. Sharon taught classes for the Teachers at Home Group. Sharon was an avid gardener, leather craftsman, botanist and also known as a rock hound. Sharon was truly an inspiring woman to her friends but more importantly to her family that she so dearly loved. She is survived by her spouse, John Wall of Dimmitt, one daughter, Sara Kayleen Wall and one son, John William Wall both of Dimmitt, her father, Zane Ellison of Dimmitt, two brothers, Troy Dale Ellison and wife Kim of Parker, CO and Michael Shane Ellison and wife Jennifer of Canyon, a cousin, Cori Murphy of Midlothian, TX, two nieces, Ellery Ellison of Parker, CO and Adrian Ellison of Canyon, two nephews, Ashton Ellison and Kaden Ellison both of Canyon.
